2026 Hutchings Family "100" Reunion

Greetings from sunny Alberta,

After a brutal coldspell in the eastern part of Alberta and beyond, the weather here in sunny Alberta is warming considerably...now if we can get timely rains through the growing season, we will have crops to show off in July and August. 

Things are getting real with less than 6 months until our family gathering.  To ensure we account for everyone, we need you to add your name to the following form (thanks Jerrett for making it for us)  Hutchings Family Gathering Attendance Form. [for the link, email charlie<at>hutchingsclan.com (replace "<at>" with "@")] I will continue to share information with everyone who plans to attend (and ask for information) and I will cease sending emails to those not attending (unless you want to be included and in that case, please let me know).  If at any time, your plans change and you are able to join us, we look forward to seeing you.  I have included a second issue of our family newsletter to provide more information about the weekend. The planning team wants to keep everyone's time flexible, while providing some structure for meals and programming.  

Knowing who is joining us will help us to plan for meals. The planning team is working to keep food costs to a minimum so as many people as possible can gather to connect, reconnect, and remember. 

Thank you for patience with me (I should have had this email sent 3 weeks ago) and I thank you in advance for adding your family to the form.

Greetings from sunny (and green) Southern Alberta,

Thanks to Jodi and Darren, plans are underway for an EPIC family reunion in 2026.  Please mark July 31 - August 3, 2026 on your calendar and plan to attend the Hutchings Reunion at Consort, AB.  

To start the information process, there is a newsletter attached to provide you with information about the weekend. 

Here is a link to a quick survey to better understand who will be joining us that weekend and what needs people have.  https://forms.office.com/r/VpizjZNHPx  Please complete this survey as soon as possible and by the end of September so earnest planning can commence. In the attached newsletter, there is a QR code for the same survey (you only need to complete it once).  

Look over the email addresses this information has been sent to, if people have been missed (there are definitely offspring not listed), please forward this email to them. Check with other family members to ensure they got this email and it didn't go to their junk mail. ALL HUTCHINGS DESCENDANTS ARE INVITED!!! Please reply to this email to send those additional email addresses so we can ensure they are included on the list for the next email and newsletter that is sent out.  

Help would also be greatly appreciated for children's activities, a memory corner, games,...
